We have a number of options to make your event or wedding run smoothly with the support of our Wedding & Event Planners and Coordinator. Having someone to organise vendors and ensure everything runs to schedule on your big day is invaluable. We aim to do the hard work for you. 

Our wedding planning and event services include expertise across event design, production, venue and supplier relationship development – wherever your event may be, creative and pricing negotiation, contractual arrangements, printed and digital promotional material, budgeting, event hire products and on the day run sheets for venues and event personnel which ensures a superior client service experience and outcome.

Consulting Services

One-on-one sessions to help get you started with minimal time and financial commitment which provides you with professional advice and helps you stay on track. One to two hour sessions, at an agreed hourly rate, whenever you need support or a debrief during your planning process. This type of support in service is to help you brainstorm, define your budget, style and vision and decide on the best course of action plus what steps to prioritise.

Birthday and Special Occasion Packages

Mini package

  • Preliminary meeting with one of our friendly event coordinators.
  • Unlimited emails and phone calls with your event coordinator as required.
  • Suggestions for suppliers and venue options for you to investigate and book directly
  • Day of event assistance with setup and supplier coordination.

Full Package

  • Preliminary meeting with one of our friendly event coordinators.
  • Unlimited emails and phone calls with your event coordinator as required.
  • Creating a design concept for your event, e.g. theme and entertainment options
  • Venue research and engagement if required
  • Supplier research and guidance including flower vendors, cake vendors, decor hire etc.
  • Day of event assistance with setup and supplier coordination.

Wedding Planning and Coordination Packages

Our Bronze Coordination Package starts from $1,000 and includes:

  • Preliminary meeting with one of our friendly wedding coordinators.
  • Unlimited emails and phone calls with your wedding coordinator as required.
  • Creating a style and decorative concept for your wedding day including e.g. flowers, candles, table wear, linen, draping, lighting, lounges, stationery, cake etc.
  • Sourcing of suppliers including flower vendors, cake vendors, decor hire etc. for you to liaise and book directly
  • Monthly reminders to keep you on track with everything that needs to be done.
  • Assistance with the creation of the floor plan and run sheet of the day.
  • Venue and supplier confirmations in the lead up to the event

Our Silver Coordination Package starts from $2,000 and includes everything in the Bronze package with the addition of the below activities:

  • Coordination of all suppliers during set-up on the wedding day.
  • Creation of floor plan and seating plan
  • Be present for a wedding ceremony rehearsal (normally about 1 hour)
  • Be onsite for 8 hours for both ceremony and reception to assist setup team and coordinate all guests and bridal party, ensuring each detail of the setup and timings meet the requirement as per details discussed in our meetings
  • Collection of all items that need to be set up on the wedding day – eg: photographs, guest book and pen, special glassware for the bride and groom, seating plan, bonbonnieres, place cards etc.
  • On the day coordination times to be negotiated between yourself and your coordinator
  • Be onsite for ceremony and reception set up to assist and coordinate, ensuring each detail of the setup and timings meet the requirement as per details discussed in our meetings
  • Any hours over 8 hours to be charged at $100.00 per hour. This package is for service within one hour of Sydney. We can arrange a custom quote for you if your event is outside of our one hour distance boundary.

Our Gold Coordination Package starts from $2,500 and includes everything in the Silver and Bronze packages with the addition of the below activities:

  • Sourcing of wedding ceremony and reception locations
  • Sourcing of wedding suppliers, products and services for all aspects relating to your wedding
  • (ie Photography, Videographer, Florist, Cake, Hair Stylist, Make-up artist, Caterer, Stationer etc.)
  • Arrange meetings with chosen suppliers
  • Coordination and management of contacts, bookings and deposits for venues and suppliers
  • Full budget planning and tracking
  • Arrange and organise final payments to suppliers and venue
  • Send monthly reminders to keep you on track with everything that needs to be done
  • Coordinate with each of your chosen vendors to ensure they each know your itinerary and their set up times and requirements.
